A relationship with Old Town started when they were initially looking for an opportunity for a new location up in Westfield. Upon learning that Old Town Companies was developing other locations, Diane began talking with Rebecca McGuckin about planning their first location together in West Lafayette, near Purdue. “It was just a little bit of luck,” she said of finding Old Town. It proved to be a good model and naturally led to this one at North End, and in February, a fourth location at Federal Hill Apartments in Noblesville.
